At the end of Term One we farewelled our Principal Mr Azadzoi, who leaves to take up preparations to open a brand new school next year!
Mr Azadzoi started his OPS journey in Term Two, 2022 and across the last three years, has lead what can only be described as significant change for our school.
The introduction of a new instructional model, new school values, updated behaviour management protocols, painting works and new signage just the tip of the iceberd as far as achievements go. Last year we were proudly ranked Top 9 out of 41 similar schools just to cap it all off!
Beyond this, Mr Azadzoi’s greatest impact has been his connection with our community. He has brought a friendliness and approachability that has quickly earned the respect of our students, staff and families.
Mati, we thank you for your considerable contributions to our school over the past three years. You have made a huge impact and leave massive shoes to fill! Best of luck for the future! We will miss you greatly!
