Exciting News: ‘Top 9 out of 41 Similar Schools’ 2024! 
Each year the Department of Education and Training releases a Performance Report for every Government school in the State.
We are absolutely thrilled to share that Officer Primary School has achieved the highest possible overall rating for School Performance Report – a big and important first for us and a significant shift!
This HIGH rating means that we are — Top 9 out of 41 similar schools and reflects our school’s exceptional performance in multiple areas:
NAPLAN/Literacy and Numeracy Success: Our students are achieving outstanding results, with a high percentage of students achieving exceeding and strong results in Grade 5.
Growth: Our students’ relative growth (growth from Grade 3 to 5) is above both state and similar schools, demonstrating remarkable academic progress over the last 2 years.
Student Attitudes to School: Our students feel supported, engaged, and motivated resulting in above state and similar schools results and specifically in the areas of teacher concern, high expectations for success, sense of inclusion, managing bullying, stimulated learning and student voice and agency.This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and hard work of our incredible students, staff, and families. Together, we are creating a vibrant, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive and grow.
